Quality grass fed angus beef

We sell our beef by the hanging weight pound, this is also how the butcher/processor is paid for their services. 

We charge $4.00/lb hanging weight and the processor charges

 roughly $1.00/lb hanging weight.

Based on an 800 - 1,000 pound animal:

• Whole beef: Will yield about 440 - 550 pounds of hanging beef.
• Half beef: Will yield approximately 220 -275 pounds hanging beef.
• Quarter beef: Will yield approximately 110 - 138 pounds hanging beef.
